So naturally, your first question is probably: "What is the tea party?" Simple, it's a group of Americans just like you, who is fed up with the direction our country is headed and are ready to be heard. It's the same group of Americans who were a part of the silent majority but have now found themselves angered, aggravated, and down-right disgusted with the ridiculous decisions OUR government is making.

Will this protest make a difference on April 16th? Who knows. If it doesn't take place, I will guarantee that nothing will happen on April 16th. For once, stand up and be counted. Nothing will change for the good of the country, if hard-working patriotic Americans don't do something. What else are you going to do for an several hours in the afternoon? Watch reruns of American Idol or Dancing With the Stars?

Does all of this sound familiar? It should. The first American Revolution started this very way. The very quote above by Samuel Adams says so: "It does not take a majority to prevail...but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." We will not succeed if we do not try. Spend three hours one afternoon and let the country know that you are fed up, along with tens of thousands across the country.

It's time...it's time to put up or shut up. You've griped to your family, friends and co-workers about all of the political wrong-doings that piss you off. Now, when you have an opportunity to stand up, will you? Prove it on April 15th.
